Question 1: How can I make changes to my booking?
Send us an email at [email protected] with the changes you want to make, alongside the reservation reference you got in the email we sent you, and we'll proceed with the changes and send you a confirmation within 2 hours.
Question 2: What should I do if I forgot to add my flight number?
Send us an email at [email protected] with the flight number alongside the reservation reference you got in the email we sent you, and we'll proceed with the changes and send you a confirmation within 2 hours.
Question 3: How can I contact my chauffeur?
Starting six hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive your driver’s contact details completely free of charge
This gives you peace of mind and allows you to have a direct connection with the local driver who will take care of your transportation needs.
Question 4: Can I change the vehicle class of an existing booking?
We understand that plans may change, so we offer an easy option for upgrading the vehicle class for your transfer:
If it's less than 24 hours before your pick-up time => Just write us an email at [email protected] with your chosen vehicle Class
If the price of the new Class is higher than the first, you'll be able to pay the diffirence on pick-up day
If the price of the new Class is lower than the first, we will reimburse you the difference in 72 hours after your request.
Question 5: Can I bring my own child / booster seat?
Vip Gentlemen offers the chance to select up to 1 child seat and/or 1 booster seat per order. However, you could also bring your own carseat for the transfer.
Question 6: Which payment options are available?
You have two options to book your transfer :
Payment on the website :
1 * Vip Gentlement allows you to quickly and easily pay for your ride using your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards, as well as payment options like Bancontact, Revolut Pay and Amazon Pay.
Once we have authenticated the payment details, your credit car will be immediately charged for the total amount of money related to the service booked.
2 * Payment in the car on pick-up day : You can pay the driver on the car using credit card or cash.

After you make your payment, you will get directly redirected to a form to fill in your :
Arrival or Departure Flight number
Number of passengers
Drop Off or Pick up address
